Gamers and Dead Camper Lake nearly done!
Hey, there, all you crazy folks in internet land! This is your friendly web-page updater with an exciting new web-page update.
First of all, the world of all things “Gamers” is getting pretty exciting. The film is nearly complete. In fact, all that remains to do are the opening credits and a couple final sound effects. Expect a final cut by next week with screening possibilities to begin soon after.
The very final version “Dead Camper Lake” is also (and finally!) close to finished. The effects are in place, the newly added music is exciting and dramatic, and the work on color correction is phenomenal. With the improved pacing and a shorter run time, “Dead Camper Lake” is looking better than ever. Best of all, it’s still damn funny!
Now that Dead Gentlemen exists as a fully legal entity in the State of Washington, we can look at many more options for video distribution of our films. Keep tuned in the coming months for new products, including the already available DG t-shirt, videotapes and DVDs of our current films, and a number of exciting surprises. Also, watch us online for updates about screenings at festivals and conventions across the states.
Finally, keep your eyes open as well for new ways to get involved with DG and some of our other regional associates. New films and comedy sketches are in the works, with shooting dates coming up as early as August! Start putting together your resumés and audition pieces now.
