Possible Tape problems
If you have ordered a copy of “The Gamers” and found it to be blank, please email ben@deadgentlemen.com immediately.
On the basis of spot checks that I just performed, it looks like any defective (i.e. blank) tapes would have come from only one box. The bad news is that the box held 50 tapes, all of which have gone out already. I hope and pray that the entire order wasn’t bad.
In any case, IF YOU FIND A PROBLEM, email me. Include your order number. I will collate those responses and forward them to the duplication house, along with any blank tapes that get sent back to us. We will honor every defective tape with a new, tested unit ASAP. (We will also make sure that any extra shipping charges are taken care of!) If you wish, we can send a package to you with a prepaid envelope to return the VHS in.
Hopefully, these are only isolated cases. We will be doing very thorough spot checks on tapes from here on out. We look forward to hearing from you!
